SHIPPING & RETURNS

No shipping will be provided. All uniform is available to purchase or drop off at school.

 There is a quality control process in which we choose the uniform to sell and make sure it is in the best condition possible. For the uniforms we have so far, we have washed them at home and ironed them to try and remove as many of the stains as possible. If they are not of the best quality, they will not be sold. It will be prepared in a paper bag with a sticker and the name of the girl who will receive it

In-person purchasing is available on exeat weekends in the Murray Centre. To ask about dates please send an email to handmedowne@downehouse.net

Items are available for collection either by appointment in person or can be collected at Reception by prior arrangement. Once is it dropped off at Reception, which will be the collection point, it is then the responsibility of the pupil to collect their purchase in good time.
